Service levels were largely met in May 2026, with all acknowledgement and critical-response targets achieved. The one exception was a non-emergency hardware failure at Aerospace, where Kendrix deployed a loaner PTZ to maintain coverage while the replacement was on backorder, with the permanent unit installed May 15. One ticket remains open at period end pending parts.
